Boscombe West Candidates

Our Candidates

Lewis Allison

I moved to Bournemouth in 2011 and have since become active in local politics and my local Labour Party. Growing up in several northern cities, I became acutely aware of the injustices and inequality in the world around me. I believe I have the energy and enthusiasm to help transform society so it works for everyone in Bournemouth and beyond.

I have witnessed for too many years the assault on our crucial public services under the austerity of the Conservatives and how the poverty industry here in Boscombe serves a few to the detriment of many.

  1. Is The Social Grill the only place you are meeting the public? Are you planning any more times/places as the events listed above have now happened ?

    1. Hi Rachel,
We will be uploading details of further events on our website soon. Please check out our Facebook page: which lists all Bournemouth Labour events running during the year; whether that is campaigning on the doorstep, socials amongst the membership or special events including high profile guest visitors. We hope you can join us! In solidarity, Bournemouth Labour team

  2. Howdy! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog. Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking about setting up my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any points or suggestions? With thanks
